All shape Fitness locations are dumps. The equipment is second hand government junk. The choctaw location looks like an old warehouse that has had only one bathroom for over three months now. They never wipe down the equipment. It is always to hot when the temp gets above 70 outside. The person (Andy) who runs the gyms in OKC, Midwest City and Choctaw allows kids in with nobody there to watch them. He cares more about his boat than he does his customers. I started going to Shape Fitness about 6 months ago and have lost 30 pounds and added a good deal of muscle. I feel great. The trainers are really good. But, even if you just come in to work out on your own, you find very friendly work staff and a great and encouraging atmosphere. And you can go any time, since it's a 24-hour gym.
I have had a membership at this place for almost a year now....the staff is very helpful and and have helped me reach my goals!! If you are going to choose a gym choose Shape Fitness!
At this healt club they offer 24/7 access, free tanning and great service from a clean and friendly atmosphere to free weights and kids room!! Check em out this is the place to be!!!
