I have been trying to cancel my membership for about two months. Everytime I email the cancellation form they do not respond to the email, but will email me any other time and continue to charge me. I call them and they say they will have someone reach out to me. I have been charged even after sending the form. The gym was good and the trainer was great, the only complaint is dealing with the actual gym when it comes to cancelling and the lies about not receiving the form when I am showing it sent multiple times. Tremendous gym. Very clean. Very well-run. People are in incredible shape—some of the best shapes, frankly. Some are in triangles. Others… more creative arrangements. Group fitness? That’s just the beginning. Believe me. This gym is open. In more ways than one. People say it. I say it. Everyone knows it. Five stars. For energy. For openness. This was the gym that got me through law school. No, the equipment isn’t brand new nor does it have state of the art facilities. But that’s part of the charm. Rusted barbells and plates. It has everything you need if strength work is your goal. People and Arnold were nice too.
