I had tried to reach out to this gym for a couple days at the beginning of February, however, the phone wouldn’t even ring at the Pataskala location. Just went straight to voicemail. I did end up trying to be contacted via their website, but it took multiple days to be reached out. In that time I did find another gym. I’ve been contacted multiple times by multiple locations via text message from multiple numbers. I have asked multiple times now to be removed from their marketing. I got a membership around 2024, and canceled it that same year. The actual membership process was very difficult; I had to go to the actual location, talk to the owner, sign my papers, and get my key fob. I loved the idea of a 24-hour gym; it's seldom busy. The entire time I went, I never saw more than five people at once, which is good because the gym is tiny, not in a bad way. Things were never quite right. Horrible communication and does not allow you to cancel. I have called, emailed, gone in, absolute crickets. Will not stop charging my card after COUNTLESS attempts to cancel. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I canceled my membership 2 months prior to leaving for basic training they continued to bill me I reached out right before I left than after basic they were still billing me for a member ship I had canceled 4 months ago. I hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve asked to get refunded and haven’t heard a word and had to ask multiple times just to get them to stop billing me
