Went today for a tour at Pataskala. The membership doesn't include both locations. You have to pay more than a PF BLACK card to have access to both locations. This location also does not have the sauna they advertise. Also, the app they use to schedule tours doesn't notify the people who give them. I had to call several times.
Spike and Jen will always be a legendary duo! If you want top notch training come to them. However if you just want to workout come to a HIIT class at Fierce Wellness in town.
This place is a joke and they steal your money! My husband has cancelled or tried to cancel his membership over 4 times in the past year! We haven't been charged since September 2024. They just took out a fee (March 3 2025)! So sick of dealing with this place!

This gym has gone downhill fast. It used to be so organized and cleaned when the previous owners ran it. Now there are dumbbells laying all over the place, weights left on the machines, nobody cleans when they’re done and people using 2-3 machines/barbells/dumbbells at a time. If you’re going to take our money, at least put some effort into keeping it clean and organized. We’re not asking for much.
