I had zero results from this clinic, I had complained to them about how I felt and they gave me some complimentary cool sculpting service which also did absolutely nothing. If you want great results I recommend going to Wright surgical. The staff and doctor at shape were nice and professional, but i literally felt like I flushed thousands of dollars down the toilet. Office staff gave conflicting stories to me several times. Very frustrating to try to work with.
I had a Periareolar Augmentation June 2022. Tri Cities office is immaculate, gorgeous and inviting. The staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with every detail. Surgeries are done in the Spokane office. Same familiar faces and just as immaculate. My Surgery went superbly, recovery was very fast and scarring with the doctors incredible work, is near invisible. Beyond happy with my results.
