Yesterday my doctor was impressed by my more than 15lbs of weight loss. It’s all because of my work with Kevin. I travel for work and a virtual trainer is a perfect fit. Kevin not only helps with my weight loss and strength goals but also mobility, balance, and posture. Kevin tailors each workout for me and my abilities. It’s pleasure working with Kevin and I’m so excited for my progress! Definitely would recommend
