Edward "Ted" Shapack is a very weak and lacking attorney and litigator in the Charlotte area. Like most divorce attorneys in the area, he is more concerned with his reputation amongst judges and other attorneys than with a zealous advocacy for his clients. If you want your case mishandled and given mediocre representation, definitely choose this attorney.
I was referred to Mr. Shapack (Ted) after a HORRIBLE experience with another family law attorney. He is absolutely incredible and will go to bat for you 1000 times if you need it. I have continuously referred as many people as I can to him because so many single moms get horrible representation. I Highly recommend them!
