I only took it half a star down solely because I was not giving any numbing treatment prior to them inserting the instrument into my shaft. For I was told ahead of time after the procedure of the stone removal that I would be numbed up well and feel nothing when they take the stent out. I saw Dr. Zhou at the Bowie office. Everything was on time. Tech did my vitals & a brief bladder exam. Then my doctor came in & went over everything with me. Excellent report & setup my exam for next year & out the door.
Courteous and well versed in patient treatment. Alternatives treatment presented were well understood. I will highly recommend him.
