I hired Joseph to fix a toilet flapper and replace a shut off valve. He charged me $250. The flapper broke within 3 days and I recently noticed a leak from the new valve. I’ve tried calling and texting for over a month but have gotten no response. I am very upset with this experience, but mostly with his lack of professionalism and accountability. I would never recommend this business.
I have used Shao Plumbing twice now. He is quick to respond, reliable and on time. Most importantly, he does the job right and is totally transparent with you about options and what he recommends/why. Pricing is very reasonable and I will never use another plumber so long as he is in business.
