Dr Chang is absolutely wonderful, however his receptionist, named Alexis is quite rude. I counted a total of 7 different times, that i was attempting to get some stuff taken care of, so i could get a power wheelchair, and each time she hung up on me. She didnt even so much as say "Im sorry i cannot assist you", or at least ask me to hang on while she put me on hold or transfer me. This happened on two separate occasions, with about 3 weeks in between each. I do appreciate her co worker for assisting me, without any issue.
