This was my first time at Shanu’s shop, and I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, she was so sweet, kind, and personable. She immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed, almost like I had been coming to her for years. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and took the time to explain what had previously been done incorrectly and how she could fix the shape. I am writing this review as I walk out. Shanu has amazing hands I did not feel any pain while threading and my eyebrows came out perfect !! This will be my new spot
