Absolutely top notch service. This is my 6th pair of orthotics but my 1st from Emma at Shantz. By far It was the most professional and in depth assessment of them all. Emma took the time to actually listen to the issues I have been having and found a solution to solve them. Finally I have found a place that can make orthotics that allow me to walk without pain. I am a customer for life.

I recently purchased a new pair of orthotics from Emma. She is knowledgeable and friendly and made extra efforts to get a perfect fit. I am very pleased with the results! She also recommended a good quality pair of running shoes for me to wear which has made a big difference. I appreciated the convenience of being able to book appointments at their Chatham location and will look forward to working with Emma again.

I am so very happy with my new custom made orthoses which were purchased thru Shantz Orthotic Solutions Inc. I put them in my running shoes & walked all day with my family at Point Pelee National Park. My feet were so comfortable throughout the entire day. Emma took her time assessing my foot problems, & as a result of being so pleased with my orthoses, I will be contacting her again next year for another new pair. Emma was very professional, knowledgeable, kind & friendly. Thank you for your excellent service.

I had a problem this past fall with plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I tried acupuncture and it has helped, but the orthotics I got from Emma at Shantz Orthotics on Queen St in Chatham has been a real blessing. Emma was great to work with and she also helped me select a nice stylish pair of runners to wear with my orthotics. I am back to my daily walking and my feet feel great.
