I’ve been working with Adee for a number of months on lymphatic drainage as well as muscle/joint injuries and she is such a gifted massage therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable across various types of massage, which is a rarity, and has helped me immensely with persistent and challenging symptoms related to endometriosis, inflammation, and histamine intolerance. Can’t recommend enough! Training for Marathon and have a bunch of injuries. She assessed and knew exactly where the source was, muscles and tightness in hips loosened up like crazy! Highly recommend and hard to find that in NYC!
Adee brings something truly unique and wonderful to the table. She is the yin and the yang of massage. Whether it's intuitive craniosacral work or focused neuromuscular work, I've always left her sessions feeling wonderfully revitalized.
