I purchased a ready made bharatanatyam dance dress. I was unsure of the size I needed to order. Shanti Tailors guided me over a video call and showed the costumes so I can make an informed decision. Overall, they provided excellent and timely service.
It was definitely a great experience working with Shanti tailors for my daughters arangetram. They were absolute pleasure to work and worked very closely and patiently matching the color I wanted and delivered them on time . Their patience and courtesy is outstanding! Also I being in the business of make up for the dancers(Traditions Beauty Studio) we have always been appreciating their products and business for years now. Thank you Nachu, Deepa and SIva! )
Initially bought a Bharatanatyam dress for my daughter and it was good. I have again ordered a sari and I also wanted a matching blouse - even though they don't normally do it, they were good enough to accommodate my request. I have yet to receive the sari and blouse, but I expect they also will be good.
I had wonderful customer service with Shanthi Tailors USA. I had to have 6 costumes stiched and shipped to 3 different states across US. Nachi and Dheepa were very efficient in coordinating and getting costumes delivered ontime. Thanks a lot ! We will definitely come back for more.
Had a wonderful experience while buying accessories for my daughter . Got huge collections and helped nicely on the custom orders as well. Also on time responses and follow-ups so would definitely recommend them for all dance related purchases.
