Dr. Joseph took the time to listen to me and my concerns. She's willing to help me get the best health possible. I'm very happy with the care and concern she gives. I hope to be her patient for many years to come.
My appointment was at 8:30am. The nurse called me into the appointment at 8:45. She took my vitals and I waited until 10:10am for Dr Joseph to appear. Nobody checked on me during this 1.5 hr wait. I almost just walked out. Waiting one and a half hours past my scheduled appointment time is unacceptable. The clinic was not at all busy upon my arrival.
Dr Miller has been taking care of my family for years. He always is willing to listen and discuss the best treatment. This appointment was for nail trimming for an elderly family member, he does a meticulous, gentle job and has alot of patience for those multiple questions. I will always recommend Dr Miller to all my friends.
