Shanta is The Best Eye Threader Ever You Will Never be disappointed The Best In Rhode Island Hands Down
Shanta is quick and efficient, and sometimes that can be scary when getting your brows done. But she is truly one of the best eyebrow threaders in the area and very affordable. I highly recommend! I do believe you have to text her first to get an appointment, so just be mindful that you are not able to just show up to shop.
