Dr Sreerama is the best PCP I’ve ever had. She actually listens to me and will order tests based on my complaint. She truly cares about her patients. The only negative is wait times can be very long but she actually spends time with her patients and listens to their issues.
Worst Physician I have ever had. She’s extremely late for her appointment or she doesn’t show up. Due to her lateness she will do a “drive by” meeting with you because she is behind. I could never get a response literally the worst. I seen her four times and she was late for all four of those appointments. Everyone in that office, when I addressed my concerns of why am I sitting her for over 3hours, would ask me well who’s your doctor? Try calling this office -or any Advocate Medical Group number. They're ALWAYS "experiencing a high call volume" and the estimated wait time is 7 to 9 minutes. You opt fotba call-back ...and a useless answering answering service calls you ...and needs to "open your chart" to connect you TO THE SAME ON-HOLD NONSENSE! Is there staff in this office?! DEPLORABLE.
