Communication and representation. This is so important, especially for legal matters. It went great at first but after a while it would take weeks or months to get a proper response. I would ask questions and my emails would be printed and put on the desk for Ms.Gilbet to get to when she got back in office. I would wait a couple days and send a follow up. Nothing.
