She ask questions to ensure your satisfied and your expectations are met. The results are long lasting, clean, and crisp parts! This style only took an hour! And Yesssss Im in love. Horrible lady ! She had me wait all day to tell me NO she couldn’t do my hair. & she’s super over priced I do not recommend any one going to this un organized rude lady
