Very poor service! Told the owner about the multiple issues that we had with the installation. Had the installer out who told us "tough luck". The owner said he would "make it right" and come see it for himself. We provided him with all the information he needed and he ghosted us. Stay away.

I really wanted to give Shans a great review... I had them replace the carpet in the majority of my house. The carpet quality is fantastic, selection was great, and the guys on the store were really nice at point of sale. After that, it all went downhill. The delivery to the warehouse took quite a while. Communication between showroom and warehouse wasn't the greatest. The worst part was the install though. The seam between the two pieces of carpet looks terrible. They came out again and said it's basically the best they can... read more
