Cute community with some nice homes for sale. They had a really good promo too.
Out of all the parks I’ve shopped I like this one the most. I wish I would have been more patient before buying but circumstances lead me to believe other wise. One of which was finishing the repairs from when I was renting but the Yes communities switched management and I guess forgot about my families home. It's home, so I must enjoy it or I wouldn't live here. Lol...EDIT 8-31-24. So after 10 plus years I've had enough. Lot rent increases $75 to $100 a year now making my lot rent more than my home payments. We sold our home purchased 5 and 1/2 acres and are building a 2100 square foot home and will be paying less then what we are currently paying at shannonwood. In 30 days I will no longer have to pay storage for my boat or my utility trailer since those items are not allowed in shannonwood, no longer get fined if my tires on m... read more
