Hey everyone this was my first massage ever. I must say that Shannon was awesome. My daughter had told me to try a massage being I've had most of my lumbar fused together and had a hard time walking and bending over with much pain. I left there like I was jello man and was actually able to walk better. I know im a long way off from being 100 percent but I know that when I've gone to see Shannon I can walk and bend much better.
