Absolutely wonderful experience. I had a part that I wanted replaced on my hot tub. I got a quote from Shannon hot springs and another local hot tub service company. The quote from Shannon Hot springs was 1/3 the cost compared to the other company. They were also able to complete the job in less than an hour. I wasn't able to get a time from them as to when they would arrive to complete the repair, but I left the part that needed to be replaced on the spa and they were able to replace it with out me available.
