We purchased our first Hot Springs hot tub from Shannon’s 22years ago and when it stopped functioning well this year we went right back to them for a replacement. Their crew was able to remove our old tub and place the new one without any damage despite a very tricky location. We did need to have an electrician add more length to our wiring as the new tub was bigger, but the Shannon’s crew came back to get our water balanced and running smoothly. Purchased a hot tub several years ago. Excellent help and service in choosing what was right for our family. Have continued to be impressed with monthly service for our pool and spa. Never an issue with scheduling a service call when needed. Would recommend for spa and pool service and care.
This company is a complete scam. Caveat-emptor here for sure. First they tried to charge us 500% more than what another pool cover repair company charged us just two years prior for the same work statement. Secondly, while they replaced the broken cable they caused a second issue where the cover now closes and opens cockeyed. Use this company at your own risk.
First time hot tub buyers and newer to the area. From our first time in the showroom Amanda and the staff went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make the process as easy and rewarding as possible. We purchased a Hot Spring Flash model from Shannon's and from delivery to proper setup and maintenance Amanda was super responsive and helpful at every turn. We would highly recommend Shannon's to anyone in the market for a new hot tub!
I had a hot tub leak. They came out and found where it was leaking. One of the PVC pipes needed to be repaired. The technician that came out said he would need have someone contact me on pricing. Since it was leaking I was hoping they would call right away. I waited until the next day since they hadn’t called me so I called them and I was told they would send the estimate in a few days.
