Always great service whenever I need a repair. They are efficient and honest.
I just had a few big repairs done to my Audi Q7 at Shannon’s for the first time, and they did a fantastic job, with no funny games with the price or upselling me on things I didn’t need. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them. I’ve been to a couple other places in town that specialize in German vehicles but have not been impressed with the quality of their work. Honest work. Best parts used. No cheap Chain store parts. I trust them. They have done work on 3 of my vehicles. Try them, you will be happy. Especially if you love your vehicle.
"17 years in business, or better yet, 17 years scamming clients. I took my car in August to this person for a diagnosis. The man was very polite at first. He told me the problem was with the transmission and that he was going to work on it because the transmission needed to be reprogrammed, etc. He said the whole process, including labor, would cost $1,200, which I paid right away.
