"17 years in business, or better yet, 17 years scamming clients. I took my car in August to this person for a diagnosis. The man was very polite at first. He told me the problem was with the transmission and that he was going to work on it because the transmission needed to be reprogrammed, etc. He said the whole process, including labor, would cost $1,200, which I paid right away. Called to get a quote or estimate on my Acura. Left vmails, emails, the office manager never called back. If this is the way they treat potential customers, then I am glad I never went to this place. The dealer treated me with courtesy and got the big job done right!
