I just have to say this jewelry store is truly AMAZING and has heart! My teenage daughter went to a jewelry store in St.Albans because her bracelet broke and they wanted to charge her a few hundred dollars to fix it so she left and went to Essex to Shannon’s and not only did they fix it free of charge they were exceptionally nice and caring to her!! I HIGHLY recommend Shannon’s and from now on we will only be doing business here!! This is what a real business is♥️
I can't give a high enough recommendation for them. I went in looking for a 15 year wedding anniversary gift and had no idea what to get. She very helpfully made a suggestion of things I could get even outside of jewelry. When we didn't find something immediately in the store, she came up with several ideas, one of which was perfect. I bought the earrings at a reasonable price and my wife absolutely loved them. This place is awesome!
The staff and custom jewelry here are first-class! I brought severe family diamond rings to create my custom engagement and wedding rings, and they did an amazing job - I am very happy with my one-of-a-kind new family heirlooms.
I was given a setting from a family member and my now fiancé brought it to Shannon's Fine Jewelry and purchased a diamond from them to add to my setting. Tan took my setting (that originally held a small round diamond) and made a 1.52 oval diamond fit PERFECTLY in the 4 prongs AND added a halo with tiny diamonds underneath to secure my oval diamond in the prongs for no extra charge. I had rings resized and was happy with the work and service provided. I will definitely return. *** I returned two years later with a gold chain I wanted to have shortened. When I picked it up, I realized I would like it to be shorter. The gentleman jeweler was very understanding and insisted it would be no problem to adjust it. Friendly and kind service. I was so appreciative of their work in getting the chain exactly right. I definitely recommend this business.
