Shannon was great to work with for catering our wedding. She was able to work with us on alternate menu options for our guests with various allergies, and all of the buffet was delicious - we heard nothing but good things from our guests!
The food was absolutely outstanding!The Egg Baked Quiche & Lasagna were both delicious-rich, flavorful & perfectly prepared. I highly recommend Shannon’s Catering for any event where you want the food to shine!
