Great service, great people! Mike Shannon and Crew went above and beyond to assist in Volvo issues for inspection. Highly recommend!
Our truck broke down on the way from Massachusetts to Florida, but luckily we were only 5 minutes from Shannon's Auto. Mike, Sarah and the crew went above and beyond to help us out, even going to the scrap yard on a Saturday to look for the part we needed. Thanks to them we made it safely to Florida and back. Truck is running great.
I'm new to Wilmington and needed a mechanic for one of my cars. Mike took really good care of me and my vehicle making sure that everything was working at a fair price. I now take all of my vehicles there and will continue to do so as long as I'm living in Wilmington.
