I’m going to start off by saying that I’ve been reluctant to take my vehicle into any mechanic, because I’ve had many terrible experiences being taken advantage of, and my car not being fixed properly/damaged further. However, this was not the case with Shannon’s Automotive. Both of the people I came in contact with were very nice, and the guy (sorry, I’m so bad with names!) who worked on my vehicle is very knowledgeable and QUICK, while the lovely woman at the front desk is very kind.
