Shannon is amazing! By far the best massage therapist I've ever gone to. She's incredibly skilled, thorough, kind, and effective. She's helped me recover from numerous injuries and also prevent future problems. Can't recommend her strongly enough!

After years of chronic injuries and attempting everything from medical treatments, acupuncture, physical therapy, and drugs for nerve pain, it’s the massages from Shannon that are making the difference. She has dramatically improved my leg mobility and diminished the pain to almost nil. She has restored my ability to run for which I am profoundly grateful. I was a skeptic about the efficacy of massage, but I am a total believer now!

Shannon is amazing. She gave me a massage a month or so postpartum and it was transformative - it really helped me to start feeling normal again and enabled me to start being able to get back into yoga and exercise. I will be forever grateful!
