Would’ve given 0 stars is possible. This condominium has an awful management, unprofessional staffs act in a condescending and disrespectful manner. They took a year to complete a simple request about water leaking on the outside of the building, and months for a broken microwave. Yet the management fee is absurdly high. Terrible property management. When they’re renting the units they are really nice and smooth talk, but once you have moved in they work like doing you a favor. Suzanne is very unprofessional too. During the walk through I wondered why I needed to clean inside of the washing machine when she charged us few dollars because of that (it wasn’t dirty and it wasn’t on their list of things to clean) she threatened me saying that she would take us to court! just because I was questioning her.
