When we first spoke with SS&S to get a bid on our project, I was sure this would be a 5 star review. I have been dealing with this company since October to have a dishwasher installed, it is now January 14th. Their managers who they send to do an estimate do NOT know what they are talking about. According to the work crew my project was improperly bid twice because the manager cannot communicate properly. Clearly they need to be sending out the guys who are actually assigned to do the project to price it because management does not know what they are doing.
