I needed the assistance of Crestview due to an unfortunate circumstance of my dog being attacked by an unleashed dog. It was our first visit, and everything was smooth from start to finish. The staff is hands down AMAZING, from front desk support to vet tech to checkout. This initial, unexpected experience was TOP NOTCH, and will allow us to transition in to forever patients at Crestview seamlessly. HIGHLY recommend for ease of mind of both pet and owner.
I feel as if Crestview has changed drastically since they cared for our german shepherd Hero. Crestview has lost touch with their front end employees and their bedside manner ever since we started bringing our new german shepherd Jax in for care. Today was not the first issue but the third. Our cat had a medial emergency on a Sunday and we took him to Crestview’s emergency room. The staff was warm and caring, answering all of our questions and providing us with detailed care information and pricing before they did anything. I cannot recommend them enough. They are an amazing group!
I came in a little past midnight and got the best care for my baby! He was diagnosed with pancreatitis which luckily was not severe. But they handled him with so much love and care and made sure I was well informed throughout my whole visit. Bit of a drive from where I live but worth it and I definitely would trust them anytime moving forward with my fur babies. Thank you Dr. Bennett and the whole team that was working 4/14 midnight shift. He’s recovering thanks to you all. 🤍
