I'm not sure why this is considered an ER vet when your pet's glucose is below dangerous and your sensor goes out, but they're unable to replace it with the new one you already have. Never even suggested that I bring my pet in for a glucose reading. Ended up going to Urgent Vet instead and could not believe how responsive and compassionate they were. I even received a call from them at 9 pm letting me know they were closing and wanted to be sure everything was ok before they left. Night and day difference.

The staff and doctors are amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful with what our dogs needed.
The person who answered the phone when I called during my dog’s emergency was so friendly and kind and calm with me!! Often times, when I call emergency vet clinics with a scenario, they are disengaged and always tell me to bring my dog in without really talking me through it. She went back and even asked the doctor if it was necessary for me to bring my dog in and reported back that she should be fine and just to wait for any further symptoms!
