Very long story kinda short, I ran into issues with seeing my/any psychiatrist and getting mental health meds, so in an attempt to get get them quicker, I made an appointment with Shannon Slavsky, who I had seen once before. I called immediately after booking to ask if she could prescribe the medication I needed (I was very specific and I asked for no controlled substances). As a PCP she has a great bedside manner. I like that she respects the fact that I like to treat things from a holistic prespective.
I called the insurance company on Shannon Slavsky. They deleted my last review and all the other people leaving honest reviews that expose this hack for a doctor. On my first and only visit Dr Slavsky refused me simple burn cream and now my forearm has a gnarly scar on it. She asked me about my employment status out of the blue ignoring what my problem was then changed my medicine the specialist prescribed saying they were wrong. Wonderful doctor. She actually takes the time to listen to her patients. Rare to find a doctor like her.
If I could leave 0 stars I would, I booked an appointment 3 months ago to be seen here at this office, I got a text telling me I had an appointment September 18th at 10:15 am this morning, when I got there I spoke to the front staff and she typed my name in, phone number etc. she than goes you are not in the system!
