My child has been a patient since she was 4. Hasn't had any issues the last couple years and so hasn't been seen. She is now having issues and I called for appt and was told she needed a new referral and that they are scheduling out "new patients" 3 months out. Sad to change docs but another ent can see her this week. Staff was also dismissive and rude.
Dr. Radgens was very nice and told me what to expect in every step of his examination. Very thorough exam.

This is my 1st review that I have ever left but I think it is very deserving. Dr. Radgens explained everything perfectly to me before my surgery on what to expect before and after. There was never a time where I felt worried and I fully trusted Dr. Radgens to complete what needed to be completed. I would recommend Dr. Radgens to anyone!
While Dr Radgens may be an excellent Dr, his insurance staff in not. They my be able to handle one insurance at a time, but if you have a secondary this might not be the place for you. My secondary insurance has fought for me for over 3 months on where his staff can go to find their payments. Because of staff like this I will avoid this practice in the future and go out of town for total quality care. My mental health is connected to my time wasted on nonsense.
