I went back and forth with this law office for 2½ months, constantly playing phone tag. After all that time, I still couldn’t get basic information. It took 2½ months just to learn that a consultation would cost $400, and no one asked me any clarifying questions during that entire period. call and gave them a shot, was transfered 3 times and treated like i was an inconvience. then to voice mail. never got an opportunity to be helped. on to the next i guess

Ms. Jones was handling my mother’s estate, or that was what she/the Campbell firm was supposedly paid to do. I can honestly say she didn’t give my mother good advise. My mother passed in August 2018 and the case was just closed and that only happened because we hired an attorney. I would not recommend Shannon Jones to anyone I cared about.
