EXCELLENT doctor - very knowledgeable, good manner. I'm VERY impressed with Dr. Phibbs. I went with my partner for his preventive care visit and found her highly knowledgeable, flexible in her thinking, highly responsive, patient when listening, and an excellent communicator.
