For the past 2 years they had been great. But this year they havent filled my meds on time twice and today they forced my husband to pay for a medicine that wasnt mine he told them it wasnt right but they refused to listen and then he has to turn around for a third time to bring it back and get my actual medicine. We didnt even have the same birthday, why would you not look at that when my husband clearly said my birthday What the hell.
At first I was giving a 2.5 I specifically asked the young lady (because my.phone died on me ) if BITH my insurance companies were listed she said yes after looking AT BOTH CARDS...only 1 was listed!!! But my next calls and visits made up for it and if you call ahead you can grab meds in the drive through while walking your dogs!!! Thank you
