Dr. Pryor was great, but be aware she is retiring soon. Check in procedure is not very efficient, but I find that is nothing new across medical offices. Asking me back to the desk twice might be efficient for the staff, but it isn't for me. Collect my ID and insurance card the first time at the desk would be best.
Good beside manners is not just about being nice. It is an essential professional skill that makes the patient's visit worthwhile. That is what was missing in my first time visit with Dr. Pryor. The first impression is the lasting impression.
My appointment with Dr Pryor was a positive experience. She reviewed my test results in detail and made meaningful recommendations for next steps. Thank you.
