I really liked Shannon. Bless her heart, I had a problem understanding some of the questions she was asking, but, she hung in there until I figured them out. I really appreciated her patience. She explained everything in great detail. I just hope and pray she doesn't give up on me. I'm going to try real hard to grasp all the information she gives me. I look forward to her helping me with my problem.
