I can’t say enough great things about working with Melissa! Not only did she save me a significant amount of money over my Liberty Mutual policy, but she was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. This review is both a reflection of State Farm's policies as well as how I was treated by Shannon's agency. I was shopping around for new insurance because of the three year cycle these agencies artificially impost on their customers.
