Dr. Devore was my doctor in 2021. As an older patient (45 at the time), I was determined to try IVF using my own eggs, and she was fully supportive of that decision. Dr. DeVore and her team are excellent -- they are very knowledgeable, communicative, and patient.
The receptionist Lisa is definitely not qualified for the job. She was rude, irritable, uncaring and dismissive with a hostile tone. This person was not even capable to make an appointment with a patient smoothly. This receptionist Lisa just can't care less about patient's needs, constantly cut me off and demanded the answers she wants from me. After spending over a year at another fertility clinic and having a pretty terrible experience, I came to Dr. DeVore feeling discouraged and overwhelmed. She was highly recommended to me, and I ended up traveling from out of state to see her — and I can say it was 100% worth it. I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with Dr. DeVore. Dr. DeVore is a wonderful practitioner with an amazing bedside manner. She is extremely thoughtful and thorough, and made sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan throughout our 3+ months working together. She is knowledgeable and decisive and just downright good at her job. She helped me navigate a complicated insurance landscape and more importantly, helped me conceive a child.
