As someone who is incredibly afraid of doctor visits, Dr. McCune was perfect! She was attentive, kind and caring. Great multitasker too - as she took notes, she pointed the screen at me so that I could see what she was doing, and she gracefully kept up the conversation. After I disclosed my discomfort around giving blood, she revised her plan to try and get as much done with only one blood draw. Dr. McCune also gave me some tips on how to handle the blood draw.
