I'm a single male in his late 50's with a variety of health issues, including diabetes, high blood pressure and joint pain. I began seeing Dr. Martin about 5 years ago. She looks at me holistically and as an individual. She listens extraordinarily well and carefully considers my situation and circumstances before determining a recommended course of action. Intelligent, thoughtful and humble - she has a marvelous combination of attributes perfect for a primary care doctor.
Dr. Martin and staff were all fantastic! I haven't received care outside of the VA (by choice) for several years. I changed insurance at the beginning of the year and was assigned to Dr. Martin. I could not be more pleased. I am a working RN and have some knowledge of how things should work in healthcare. All of my expectations were exceeded and I feel really lucky to have Dr. Martin as my new PCP outside of the VA. I am quite pleased with both my PCP within the VA and Dr. Martin.
