Shannon is such a wonderful person to work with. She always listens to what I have to say, and explains everything to me. My questions are always answered and before the visit ends she always makes sure there are no unanswered questions and reminds me to call of if I or when I need anything at all. I love that Shannon always takes her time with me, I e never felt rushed.
She was proficient in what she does and spent the necessary time with me to where I didn't feel rushed.
