I’d give 0 stars if I could simply based on the fact the receptionist staff was horrid the first time I called. Not only was there serious attitude behind her voice, she hung up on me in the middle of me explaining why I was calling. I’ll find a new doctor elsewhere :)
My name is Melodie Nelson I received an after hours return call back from Dr. Hagerty at 1:08 am. 10/23/2024. The call lasted 39 seconds. I was told by Dr. Hagerty "THAT IT'S 1 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING AND THAT I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR DEXCOM NOT WORKING PROPERLY. YOU NEED TO CALL DEXCOM, NOT ME." FIRST OF ALL HOW, RUDE.!!! Called to make an appointment for help (clearly) and the receptionist was so rude to me. Asked me questions and wouldn't even listen to my answers and multiple other things just being rude. So I guess I won't be going here if they only hire rude people.
