Debbie, at the front desk of this office, is so friendly and moves things along - it is never a long wait, which I always appreciate getting in and out!!
Very thorough complete, exam. Dr. Kohake is very low key but very intelligent....plus you can tell she cares! Highly recommend!

I awarded Dr. Kohake with 3 stars for the simple reason I’ve not met her yet. A nurse, Jennifer?, and a nurse practitioner, Michelle? were conducting some studies and assessments through questions and answers to evaluate my memory and its basic functions. Both nurses were extremely efficient and professional. Thank you.
Dr. Kohake is clear, straightforward, and honest, very pleasant to work with. She listens carefully and responds thoroughly, giving me full information on meaning of test results.
Dr. Kohake was very personable (this was my first visit with her) and took the time to read through all of my comments/concerns I'd put into the patient information forms they'd sent out. Lots of places will expect you to fill out pages of information, then not even bother to look at it. I felt she'd read through and took into consideration everything that I had noted.
