Although Shannon is a great Dr., they leave you on hold for extremely long times if you have to call her office. I've been on hold for 20 minutes so far...very bad for business.

Excellent doctor, Diagnosed me correctly and promptly.
This is the worst staff ever. When a doctor tells you, you need an oncologist it’s a very scary time. When you are referred to an oncologist and you call several times, only not to receive a call back in a week, you have to wonder what response you’re going to get with test results and everything else. What a horrible doctor’s office. I called another oncologist and received a call back the same day and got an appointment. I guess that’s why they only got a 3 star rating!
Dr. keating is simply the best. She is very thorough and very personable. I feel very fortunate to have her as my oncologist.
