Dr.Kaiser explains things very well and makes me feel comfortable during the visit, does a great job.
I want to thank Dr. Kaiser for a good job taking care of me. Thank you.
Dr. Shannon is professional and great with making you feel comfortable. However, is unable to detect infection or need of root canal. The infection started due to incompetent temporary crown installment; I called three times with one of them being a voice mail while other two calls were made during business hours. Not only did I did not reach anyone, but I was also contacted nearly 48 hours later with a clueless front desk support.
