Dr Jack Shannon is an appalling human being and should not be allowed to practise medicine. He completely lacks compassion and his attitude to patients is deplorable. Avoid him at all costs.
I have been seeing Dr Shannon for MANY years now and have always been happy with the service and treatment I have received. He has done numerous skin checks (and I've had a few moles removed) and he's successfully treated my psoriasis. Even though I have now moved further away I'm still happy to make the drive to see him as I have every confidence in him.
I will admit the reviews about Dr Shannon scared me and I decided to see someone else which was horrible. I then decided to make up my own mind. The first visit was amazing, Dr Shannon listened, actually looked me in the eye when he was talking to me and explained the options for my severe excema. I have tried so many different creams, steroid pills and whatever else was a "magic solution". Dr Shannon told me about an injection that I have been doing for a month now. My gp examined me more than shannon did. Can’t call him doctor. $280 dollars for nothing, like many have said previously. Please read reviews before if you are considering being scammed by him.
Dr. Jack Shannon was very informative and kind. He took his time, listened carefully to all my concerns, and explained everything step by step without any rush. He also laid out a clear treatment plan in detail. Highly recommended!
