I went to Shannon because my shoes were wearing heavily on the outside of the heel, I had recurring calluses, and I knew something wasn’t quite right with my walking pattern. I expected to get custom orthotics, but the assessment was far more detailed than I anticipated. Everything was fantastic, very thorough assessment and explained everything and all options as well as benefits. Shannon is great and did a re-assessment for an issue I was having.
I've been seeing Shannon for several years now (probably close to 10 years) and she has always been great! This visit was to ensure that my orthotics from 2024 were still working as I was experiencing some new knee pain. She determined that the knee pain was likely due to the fact that I was working out (ie. squats). After watching me do a squat without my orthotics, she could see that my foot was "collapsing," but with my orthotics, my foot was being held in proper position and not putting any undue strain on my knee. Shannon was not only friendly, she was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions clearly. She obviously cares about her patients and their well-being, and I am very glad that I have come back to her for my new orthotics.
