Shannon is exceptional! She takes her time to observe and evaluate whole body mechanics as well as the feet and makes orthotics to suit individual mobility needs. Her follow up appointments thoroughly involve any and all tweaking as necessary. Thanks to Shannon I can now walk distances comfortably and limp free, something I’ve been unable to do for decades.
This was a follow up visit to get my orthotics. I appreciate that they are custom made and that there are follow ups to ensure that the orthotics are working they way they are supposed to. Shannon is knowledgable and very helpful!
