Shannon is absolutely amazing! I have worked with her on multiple properties as the buyer and the seller and she is so great and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond for her clients and she really knows her stuff. She is happy to take the time to answer questions and explain things. The entire process with her is so smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anybody that needs a real estate agent.

We first met Shannon Jerome, the listing agent for the seller, when we purchased our Painesville Township home in 2020.
